The market is a vibrant kilometre long stretch of traders, flavours, voices and colour running through the heart of Walthamstow High Street. First established in 1885, this iconic East London market is officially recognised by the borough as Europe’s longest outdoor street market, stretching almost the full length of the High Street from Cleveland Park Avenue to Pretoria Avenue.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, the market brings over 500 stalls together, offering an unbeatable mix of everyday essentials, global cuisine and unique local finds. Expect to find a full and exciting range on offer from fresh fruit and veg, flowers and plants to vintage books, vinyl, fashion, accessories, household goods, hardware and so much more.
